What’s a "Co-Author"? It’s a member of a writing team who has a real say-so in the finished book, making it a perfect way for your child to co-author a book. They'll love the look and feel of a professionally illustrated book that is "Ready-to-Finish (TM)." This format allows your Co-Author to easily add unique, customized characters, storyline, and dialogue, making it a truly personalized children's story.

1. Click "Start Here" to choose your Ready-to-Finish (TM) book and fill in the blanks.

This isn't just a book about your child; it's a unique opportunity for your child (or grandchild) to co-author a book. Choose from a variety of children's books featuring two girls or two boys. Help your child personalize their story by adding to, modifying, and finishing it through simple questions, creating a customized experience that they'll cherish.

2. Name the main character (your hero) and your hero's friend and pick the story lines.

In every children's book, there is a 'hero' who inspires his or her friend to take on four challenging tasks. Name your girl or boy hero and their friend's name. Choose four things your hero will encourage their friend to do, and consider co-authoring a book that tells their story. You can even add a phrase that your hero's mother might say, making it a truly customized and personalized children's story.

3. Co-Author Page.

Attach a photo of your child and provide us with some simple information. This will create a page dedicated to the co-author of this book, making it a special part of these personalized children's stories. You can even add a dedication to make it more customized.

4. Complete your order on the same form.

Use the same form to pay and send to the printer for hardcover or softcover children's books, or both. There is also the option to ship to a different address than that of the card-holder, allowing you to send personalized children's stories directly to your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew. If you're interested in creating customized stories, you can even co-author a book to make it truly special.

5. Buy the Book and approve the co-author page.

Use a credit card or PayPal to submit your order for our customized children's books! This costs only $54.75, and we'll cover your sales tax and shipping. After you submit, we'll send you a copy of the co-author page for your approval. Once you approve it, we'll send the file to our printing partner, Lulu.com. Look for your personalized children's stories arriving from Lulu!
