Our website is designed for adults who are creating and/or purchasing customized children’s books. While our products bring joy to kids, this site is meant for grown-ups only (ages 13 and up).

If we can’t agree, the AAA will appoint one for us. Each of us will cover our own costs and attorney’s fees, and the arbitrator may award costs and fees to the prevailing party if the law allows. 

We always try to keep our site up and running smoothly, but sometimes life, or the internet, has other plans. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, power outages, internet or hosting failures, acts of government, labor disputes, or other unexpected hiccups.
